Below is information for requesting CLE credits for your learning time at the Symposium, for each of the New England states. If you are from outside New England, please ask your State Bar Association how to claim CLE credits.
Most states approved the Symposium for 9.0 hours/540 minutes of CLE credits. There are 0 (zero) Ethics credits for this Symposium.
Please note that if you watch videos for any of the sessions (available in the online agenda platform), you may be eligible for additional credit in some states. Please refer to your state rules.
Connecticut
- “The MCLE program in Connecticut is a self-reporting system. You keep track of the courses and hours that you take each year, maintain records to prove compliance with the rule for seven years (see Practice Book §2-27A(d)), and certify on your annual registration form that you have complied with the rule or are exempted from compliance.” –State of CT Judicial Branch website
Maine – 540 minutes (9.0 hours)
- If you “signed in” at the CLE table at the conference with your Maine Bar number, you do not need to do anything else – we will provide the Maine Bar with a Maine attendee list.
- If you participated remotely, please send your full name, address, and Bar number to info@necpuc.org.
- If you did not attend at least 9 hours of sessions, please tell us how many hours or minutes to report on your behalf.
- If you would like to have a certificate of attendance for your own records, click here to download an editable Word document. You do NOT need to submit this certificate to the Bar.
Massachusetts
