Meeting Cancellation/Refund Policy:
To cancel, substitute, modify a registration or ask accounting questions contact Wendy Harris at wharris@naruc.org. Request received in writing by 5pm on May 10 will be honored (less a $75.00 administrative processing fee). Payment of the refunded amount will be made following the Symposium. Medical emergencies and cancellation refund requests will be approved if documentation of medical emergency or curtailment of transportation services is provided. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel by May 10 you are still responsible for the full registration fee.

Single/Double Occupancy: $159 plus 7% tax.
This rate is based on availability within the NECPUC room block.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 3 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. All reservations must be made by Friday, April 27, 2012, in order to receive the listed rates. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted at the group rate on a room available basis.
Note: Industry and government registration fees include all meals - breakfasts, lunches, dinners. The guest meal fees is for someone-typically a spouse or friend - coming with and joining you for meals, but who can not attend Symposium business sessions) Tickets are required for entry into all meal functions. Tickets will be included in your registration packet for the meals pre-selected during the registration process.
